The dataset is based on the FIPE table, extracted and organized by the independent project fipeX to facilitate public access to automotive data. It is suitable for vehicle depreciation analysis, price forecasting (machine learning), economic studies on the Brazilian automotive market, and the creation of query and analysis applications. Data is provided in CSV and Parquet formats, including original and merged versions, covering 12 fields such as vehicle type, brand, model, fuel type, year, price (in cents), and reference month. The dataset is updated monthly and can be analyzed using tools like Python, Polars, and DuckDB.
