湿型砂-静压线-清理

本课题以砂型铸造和特种铸造中典型工艺为研究对象，研究工艺参数与资源消耗、环境负荷的影响规律，建立铸造工艺资源环境负荷特征指标体系，确定铸造工艺资源环境负荷采集指标，基于集成了能够采集油雾、粉尘、气态污染物和噪声的传感器，采集了12条湿型砂静压线清理工艺场景数据。This research takes typical processes in sand casting and special casting as its research subject, investigates the laws governing the impacts of process parameters on resource consumption and environmental load, establishes a characteristic index system for the resource and environmental load of casting processes, and determines the collection indicators for the resource and environmental load of casting processes. Using integrated sensors capable of collecting oil mist, dust, gaseous pollutants and noise, 12 sets of process scenario data from the green sand static pressure line cleaning process were collected.
