资源简介:

This file contains the phenotype characteristics of the corresponding gene expression dataset. Note: The samples used for analysis presented in Figs. 6G, 6H and figs. S29, S36, S44 are marked in the CSV. Criteria: Fig. 6G: Expression data within 14 days from IHG baseline of 46 participants (228 measurements) was used to determine the SAS-1/MAS-1 profiles and compared to concurrent IHG. IHG baseline is the date of the first available IHG for each participant. There were 2 non-hospitalized individuals with no RNA-Seq measurements within this time window. Fig. 6H: Expression data from RNA-Seq baseline of 48 participants was used to determine the SAS-1/MAS-1 profiles and compared to COVID-19 outcomes by 30-day survival status. RNA-Seq baseline is the date of the first available RNA-Seq data for each participant. Fig. S29: Only expression data within 7 days from IHG baseline of 45 participants was plotted by baseline IHG and COVID-19 outcomes by 30-day survival status. IHG baseline is the date of the first available IHG for each participant. There were 3 non-hospitalized individuals with no RNA-Seq measurements within this time window. Fig. S36: Only expression data from RNA-Seq baseline of 48 participants was to generate the plots and determine the SAS-1/MAS-1 profiles. COVID-19 outcomes was determined by 30-day survival status. RNA-Seq baseline is the date of the first available RNA-Seq data for each participant. Fig. S44: Only expression data from RNA-Seq baseline of 20 participants was to generate the pots of transcription factors by IHG status (IHG-1 vs. IHG-IIc/IVc). RNA-Seq baseline is the date of the first available RNA-Seq data for each participant.
