通过采集、分析国内电动葫芦产品的知识产权相关数据,对数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计企业及个人在电动葫芦产品中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和电动葫芦产品现有专利分布数据,了解国内电动葫芦产品企业及个人的专利大致情况,计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比,以帮助国内电动葫芦产品研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集:通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息,由第三方知识产权检索网站检索,对国内电动葫芦产品相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,通过去除重复和有缺失的数据,对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算:对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计该专利权利人和国内电动葫芦产品整体的专利总数,及各类型专利的数量,发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比,实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比,外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用:根据企业各类专利的比例范围与电动葫芦产品整体中各类专利占比情况相比较,了解企业专利布局情况,并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向,为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导,合理布局专利。

This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP)-related data of domestic electric hoist products. Specifically, the data is aggregated by patent assignees, and the total number of patents, patent layout status and existing patent distribution data of enterprises and individuals holding patents related to electric hoists are counted, so as to understand the general IP situation of domestic electric hoist-related enterprises and individuals. The quantity and proportion of different types of intellectual property are calculated, to provide support for enterprises engaged in R&D and production of electric hoists to formulate IP strategies and obtain patent application guidance. 1. Data Collection: Based on information such as region, IPC classification number, patent name and keywords, relevant information of granted and pending invention patents, utility model patents and design patents related to domestic electric hoists is retrieved from third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms for collection. 2. Data Processing: The collected raw data is processed by removing duplicate and incomplete records, and conducting data cleaning and classification. 3. Data Calculation: The collected data is aggregated by patent assignees. The total number of patents of the assignee and the overall domestic electric hoist-related patents, as well as the quantity of each type of patent are counted. The proportion of each type of patent is calculated as: the proportion of invention patents = number of invention patents / total number of patents; the proportion of utility model patents = number of utility model patents / total number of patents; the proportion of design patents = number of design patents / total number of patents. 4. Data Application: By comparing the proportion of each type of patent of an enterprise with the overall proportion of each type of patents in the electric hoist industry, the patent layout status of the enterprise can be analyzed. This provides guidance for the enterprise to select subsequent patent application types, and offers support for formulating IP strategies and patent application guidance for enterprises of different scales to optimize their patent layout.
