Data Collection: Specific information of Japan's foreign trade business within a certain time period was collected from the company's business management system, including foreign trade destination, address, customer ID, customer type, order time, ordered products, export quantity of this style (unit: piece), total export quantity of all styles (unit: piece), number of orders (unit: time), and other relevant information. 2. Data Processing: The collected data is desensitized, denoised, organized and classified to facilitate analysis and utilization. 3. Data Calculation: The comprehensive score is calculated based on the export quantity score of this style, the total export quantity score of all styles, the average order quantity per single order score, combined with the customer type, and finally the consumer tier of the customer is determined. (1) Export quantity score of this style = (Export quantity of this style (unit: piece) / Total export quantity of all styles (unit: piece)) * 100; Total export quantity score of all styles = (Total export quantity of all styles (unit: piece) / 12000) * 100; Average order quantity per single order score = (Average order quantity per single order (unit: piece) / 1200) * 100; Comprehensive score = Export quantity score of this style * 50% + Total export quantity score of all styles * 30% + Average order quantity per single order score * 20% + Loyal customer bonus. (2) If the comprehensive score ≥ 80, the customer's consumer tier is Tier S; if 60 ≤ comprehensive score < 80, the customer's consumer tier is Tier A; if 40 ≤ comprehensive score < 60, the customer's consumer tier is Tier B; if 20 ≤ comprehensive score < 40, the customer's consumer tier is Tier C; if 1 ≤ comprehensive score < 20, the customer's consumer tier is Tier D; if there is no score, the customer's consumer tier is Tier F.
