The transcription factor Elf3 is critical for a proper mesenchymal to epithelial transition. It is involved in the regulation of Grhl3, an essential regulator of Cdh1 expression. Moreover, the absence of Elf3 results in mislocalized E-cadherin, and eventually failure of MET. We performed RNA-seq analysis of NMuMG cells after the siRNA-mediated depletion of Elf3 and compared to control cells.
