2007年-2018年全国8家医院血清学筛查个案信息表

本数据集整理和收集了项目实施期间（2007—2018）包括北京医院2家、昆明医院1家、上海医院2家、成都医院2家、武汉医院1家在内的八家医院血清学筛查和随访个案信息，含有唯一ID、妊娠结局、AFP结果、AFPMoM、HCG结果、HCGMoM、uE3结果、uE3MoM、InhA结果、InhAMoM、IDDM、吸烟、胎数、出生日期、人种、测试日期、采样日期、孕天、孕周类型、体重、T21风险、ONTD、T18风险、预产年龄等字段数据。数据集包含456790条记录。This dataset compiles and curates serological screening and follow-up case information from 8 hospitals during the project implementation period (2007–2018). The 8 hospitals include 2 in Beijing, 1 in Kunming, 2 in Shanghai, 2 in Chengdu, and 1 in Wuhan. It contains 456,790 records with data fields including unique ID, pregnancy outcome, AFP result, AFPMoM, HCG result, HCGMoM, uE3 result, uE3MoM, InhA result, InhAMoM, IDDM, smoking status, number of fetuses, date of birth, ethnicity, test date, sampling date, gestational days, gestational week type, body weight, T21 risk, ONTD, T18 risk, and maternal age at expected delivery.
