Using AF-Multimer to predict the targets of tick protease inhibitors
收藏资源简介:
We identified a family of TIL domain protease inhibitors (PIs) in ticks that we predicted may be involved in suppressing host detection of ectoparasites. To predict how these protease inhibitors work mechanistically, we used AF-Multimer to predict the human protease targets of these proteins. Please see our pub for more details: https://doi.org/10.57844/arcadia-77d4-1c5dWe've uploaded the following large datasets to Zenodo: Annotated proteins for 40 chelicerates, including 15 tick species used in this study: all_chelicerate_proteins.csv Full output of ProteinCartography analysis of tick PIs, PUFs, and the Uniprot Animal Toxin Database: tick_PUFs_PIs_1200_plus_toxinDB_carto_run3.zip ESMfold-predicted structures for predicted tick PIs and secreted PUFs: pi-disco_esmfold_structures.zip Inputs to AF-Multimer target prediction: all_serine_protease_afmultimer_fasta_inputs.tar.gz Outputs from AF-Multimer target prediction: Amblyomma-americanum-94090-afmultimer-results.tar.gz Amblyomma-americanum-select-serine-protease-afmultimer-best-jsons.tar.gz Amblyomma-americanum-94090-select-serine-protease-afmultimer-results.tar.gz Amblyomma-americanum-select-serine-protease-afmultimer-all-raw-results.tar.gz
