NRS-13110 | Letters received and minutes of proceedings of the Committee of Management of the Botanic Gardens

These are letters from the Colonial Secretary concerning improvements to the Gardens, instructions to the Superintendent and later the Director, as well as from individuals concerning the collection of specimens, the cultivation of cotton in the colony and a list of specimens of sub-tropical plants collected by Sir Thomas Mitchell during his expedition into tropical Australia in 1846.
