Samples are identified by location and treatment code. The treatments include CK (control), NPK (application of mineral fertilizer, NOTE: Sample IDs in the corresponding publication are suffixed with "minN"), and OM (long-term application of organic fertilizer). Please note that the OM treatment listed under this BioProject was not utilized in the associated publication and is included solely for data archiving purposes.
