Full-length transcriptome sequencing data of green sea turtle (<i>Chelonia mydas</i>)

As a widely distributed and ancient species, <i>Chelonia mydas</i> plays an important role in the marine ecosystem. However, at the same time, it has been listed on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Full-length transcripts of <i>C. mydas</i> were obtained by full-length transcriptome sequencing using ONT platform.The file includes the full-length transcriptome data of green sea turtle(Chelonia mydas) by the ONT( Oxford Nanopore platform).The stucture of every transcript is firstly the transcript's name, followed by its sequence.<br><br>
