潮州市日用瓷抗弯强度检测数据集是通过广东顺祥陶瓷有限公司检测中心专业产生的有效数据；日用瓷在具有特定的检测标准和要求，检测过程产生的实测结果数据直观反映被测产品的性能和特点。该数据集产生过程包括数据采集、数据清洗、数据治理分析、数据输出5个过程；具体过程包括针对被测样品通过“三点负荷法”进行检测并采集初始数据；对初始检测数据进行整理清洗，去除重复、错误、缺失等情况的数据，保证初始数据的准确性、完整性。按相关的国家及省的技术标准文件，进行数据标准化、归一化处理，达到《GB_T 4741-1999 陶瓷材料抗弯强度试验方法》规定的标准化有效数据值，对标准有效数据值采取定性分析和定量分析的方式对数据结果进行判定；最终输出字段为“抗弯折强度”“产品评级”等检测结果字段；本数据集对于企业可助于企业对产品的生产工艺优化，生产更优质更符合安全标准的产品；对于消费者，也有助于其更直观地了解到企业生产产品的质量水平；对于潮州市陶瓷行业，可有助于完善或修订陶瓷潮州地市标准；
The Bending Strength Test Dataset for Daily-use Ceramics in Chaozhou City is a collection of valid data professionally generated by the Testing Center of Guangdong Shunxiang Ceramics Co., Ltd. Daily-use ceramics are subject to specific testing standards and requirements, and the measured data generated during the testing process directly reflects the performance and characteristics of the tested products. The dataset generation process includes five stages: data collection, data cleaning, data governance and analysis, and data output. The specific procedures are as follows: first, test the tested samples using the "three-point loading method" and collect initial data; then organize and clean the initial test data, removing duplicate, erroneous and missing records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the initial data. Subsequently, perform data standardization and normalization processing in accordance with relevant national and provincial technical standard documents, to obtain standardized valid data values compliant with the "GB/T 4741-1999 Test Method for Bending Strength of Ceramic Materials". Then, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the standardized valid data values to determine the test results. The final output fields include detection result items such as "bending strength" and "product rating". This dataset can help enterprises optimize their production processes and produce higher-quality products that meet safety standards; for consumers, it enables them to intuitively understand the quality level of products manufactured by enterprises; for the Chaozhou ceramic industry, it can assist in improving or revising the local ceramic industry standards of Chaozhou City.
