Assembled minION long-reads

Assembled and polished minION long-reads from human oral cavity samples processed using three HMW DNA extraction methods (M4, M5, and M6, each with two replicates) described in the following study: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.03.03.433801 The data pack also includes anvi'o contigs databases generated from the FASTA files of assembled long reads which includes gene calls, HMM hits for single-copy core genes, and gene functions.
