To gain insight into how actin regulated BmN cells genes transcription, BmN cells were transfected with pIZ-actin and pIZ/V5-His (as control), then were infected with BmNPV at 12 hour post transfection (h p.t.) Total RNA from cells transfected with pIZ/V5-His and pIZ -actin were isolated and purified using TRIzo reagent at 48 hour post infection(Invitrogen).
