Raw data and code for Figure S11 of gene expression in purebred and F1 hybrid primary fibroblasts from M. m. musculus (PWK) and M. spretus (STF).We obtained normalized RNA-sequencing data from individual replicates of M. m. musculus (PWK) and M. spretus (STF) primary fibroblasts under untreated (control) and irradiation-treated conditions from Kang et al., 2023 (“A natural variation-based screen in mouse cells reveals USF2 as a regulator of the DNA damage response and cellular senescence”).
