Data and code for: Divergent selection and phenotypic plasticity promote reproductive isolation

README for “Divergent selection and phenotypic plasticity promote reproductive isolation” by Jarrett BJM, Downing PA, and Svensson EI, a meta-analysis investigating the evolution of reproductive isolation (RI) at the very start of the speciation process. We obtained estimates of RI from experimental speciation studies that are interested in the role of divergent selection in generating RI relative to populations evolving in similar environments.

This folder contains the code and data to replicate the analyses of the aforementioned manuscript.

The numbered R scripts correspond to the section in the supplementary materials where the results are presented.
