Dynamics of soil carbon fractions exhibits asymmetrical patterns between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres

We present a dataset of global topsoil particulate organic carbon and mineral-associated organic carbon with 5,234 observations. This dataset includes other variables such as geographic coordinates, soil properties, environmental covariates, and metadata. This dataset supports the manuscript "Dynamics of soil carbon fractions exhibits asymmetrical patterns between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres". We also present the main analysis R codes that support our findings.
