This dataset collects and statistically analyzes the elevator maintenance and upkeep status of various residential communities and enterprises within Xianju County, as well as the types and proportions of elevator failures in these entities. Leveraging the elevator failure data of each community and enterprise, elevator maintenance service providers can optimize staffing allocation, adjust the inventory of maintenance spare parts, and improve maintenance efficiency. The algorithmic rules for the Xianju County elevator failure maintenance dataset cover the following three aspects: 1. Data Collection: Collect the number of maintained elevators, the number of elevator failures, and failure types of each residential community and enterprise within Xianju County, then classify and summarize the collected data. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the proportion of each failure type for each residential community and enterprise, as well as the overall proportion of each elevator failure type across the entire county. 3. Data Application: Entities in the elevator maintenance industry can use the above data to gain insights into the overall elevator maintenance situation within Xianju County and the failure type proportions of each community and enterprise.
