通过采集区域内代表门店日常记账数据进行分析，为门店管理人员提供依据，可以监管门店店员情况。 对客流量、成交数、销售金额、商品销售数进行分析，计算门不同区域内的店员工活跃指数数据，对不同门店员工进行调整，增加门店服务质量，从而增加门店业绩。数据采集：线下通过设备和手动录入的方式采集数据到数据库作为原始数据源。 数据处理：首先对采集记账数据进行初步处理，计算出每日客单价（销售金额/成交数）净成交金额（销售金额-退货金额）转化率（（成交数/客流量）/员工）人均业绩（净成交金额/员工）人均销售数（（商品销售数/成交数）/员工），在进一步的算出每日同比增长（（今日人均业绩-昨日人均业绩）/昨日人均业绩）和员工活跃指数（（客单价*人均销售数-人均业绩）/人均业绩）+转化率*同比增长值+1 ，其中1为每日基础活跃度），根据员工活跃指数对门店员工每日工作进行综合评分，活跃指数大于等于2为合格，小于2为不合格。This dataset analyzes daily accounting data collected from representative stores within a designated region, providing a reliable basis for store managers to supervise staff performance. Data Collection: Data is collected offline via physical equipment and manual entry, then stored in a database as the original raw data source. Data Processing: First, preliminary preprocessing is conducted on the collected accounting data, with the following metrics computed: 1. Daily Average Transaction Value (Total Sales Revenue / Transaction Count) 2. Net Transaction Amount (Total Sales Revenue - Return Amount) 3. Conversion Rate ((Transaction Count / Passenger Flow) / Number of Employees) 4. Per Capita Performance (Net Transaction Amount / Number of Employees) 5.
