We used RNA-Seq to search for potential downstream effectors of Krt13 during the development of White Sponge Nevus-like phenotype in mice We profiled the transcriptomes of whole P0 tongues and P20 ventral tongues from wild type and Krt13 knockout mice. Four or five biologically independent samples were collected for each genotype.

本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术,筛选小鼠白色海绵状痣样表型(White Sponge Nevus-like phenotype)发育过程中角蛋白13(Krt13)的潜在下游效应因子。我们对野生型(wild type)与Krt13基因敲除小鼠的出生后0天(P0)全舌组织,以及出生后20天(P20)的舌腹组织的转录组进行了测序分析;每个基因型组别均收集4至5个独立生物学重复样本。
