國軍醫院常備兵現役病傷殘廢停役檢定標準

依據「兵役法」第20條(停役)第20條第1項第1款(罹患足以危害團體健康及安全之疾病)、第2款(病傷殘廢經鑑定不堪服役)，律定常備兵現役在營經判定符合病傷殘廢停役檢定標準之人員，可停服現役。Pursuant to Subparagraphs 1 and 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 (Suspension of Active Duty) of the Military Service Act, which stipulate two eligibility scenarios: 1) personnel suffering from diseases that pose a threat to the health and safety of the military unit; 2) personnel who are disabled or incapacitated due to illness or injury and assessed as unfit for military service, active duty regular military personnel currently stationed in barracks who have been determined to meet the certification standards for suspension of active duty due to illness, injury or disability are eligible for suspension of active service.
