This dataset provides de-identified clinical and immunological records for patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), including baseline characteristics (age, gender, disease, donor type, graft composition, and GVHD prophylaxis), longitudinal T-cell immune reconstitution data (CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+ ratios) at 1, 2, and 3 months post-transplant, and comprehensive follow-up outcomes such as complications (aGVHD, cGVHD, and viral infections), MRD status, and survival metrics (OS, RFS, and recurrence).
