Clonorchis sinensis-infected hepatocellular carcinoma distinct tumor microenvironment and molecular signature

There are currently no transcriptomic studies on human samples from HCC patients with Cs infection. Herein, we used RNA-seq to analyze clinical samples in order to investigate the systematic changes in gene expression induced by Clonorchis sinensis infection in human HCC patients, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of Cs infection on HCC.
