资源简介:

Andinocleome is a small genus of six species in Cleomaceae found in the Andes Mountains with documented hybridization and complicated morphology. This dataset represents the most comprehensive morphological survey of the genus to date and includes 218 hebrarium vouchers from across all six species. Morphometric data from 30 geographic, quantitative, and qualitative characters were compiled from measurements taken with calipers from these herbarium vouchers or information from specimen label data. These data were used to evaluate species boundaries, write a key to the genus, and identify hybrid individuals. , , # Data from: Morphological evaluation of species boundaries and hybridization in the Andean genus *Andinocleome* (Cleomaceae) Dataset DOI: [10.5061/dryad.9s4mw6mtm](10.5061/dryad.9s4mw6mtm) ## Description of the data and file structure Morphometric dataset of 218 herbarium vouchers from across all 6 *Andinocleome* species found in the file Saunders_et_al.-SysBot2025-Table_DRYAD_redacted.csv. Table 1 contains specimen information and raw (showing all missing data) morphological data for all vouchers included in the morphometric analyses and location data. Missing data were features that were not present or measurable on a herbarium voucher, and these are represented by \"na.\" See Table 2 for input file for analyses. Missing data in Table 2 are shown as blanks (instead of \"na\") for correct input into missMDA. Table 2 contains the primary input file for missMDA and FAMD analyses with qualitative features manually imputed with the mode for each species for each qualitative character. Inpu..., ,
