Comparative evaluation of antibiotic resistome in hospital wastewater sources

A comparative antimicrobial resistome analysis between the wastewater sources from a hospital and a community supports better understanding the diversity of antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) and elucidates the opportunities for next steps of the One-Health approach.
