通过周期内时间计划达成率×良品率×时间稼动率来计算缝制机设备的OEE(设备综合效率),能准确地知晓设备运行效率如何,以便及时地进行改善。使用OEE模型企业可以轻松的找到影响生产效率的瓶颈,降低设备的故障以及维修成本,并进行改进和跟踪,加强设备管理以延长设备的使用寿命,达到提高生产效率的目的。OEE可以帮助所有生产制造型企业,对生产设备进行分析,改善生产状况,提高产品质量,能最大化提高设备的利用率。算法规则简介:1、数据收集:数据采集于企业内部,对采集到的缝制机设备数据进行降噪、清洗、加工后进行处理。 2、数据处理:设备综合效率(OEE)=计划达成率×良品率×时间稼动率,计划达成率=实际数量/计划数量,良品率=合格数量/实际数量,时间稼动率=稼动时间/负荷时间,稼动时间是指设备在一定时期内(班次即白班/晚班)实际投入生产的时间,负荷时间则是设备在特定作业周期内实际运行的时间,此处为固定值,480分钟。 3、数据运用:OEE值越大,表明设备效率越高。85%以上的OEE通常被认为是优秀,这代表了设备在生产过程中发挥了极高的效能。60%到85%的OEE表示设备还有良好,通过优化设备维护、改进生产工艺、提高操作员技能等措施,可以进一步提升设备效率。低于60%的OEE则表明设备效率差,需要进行显著的改进和优化。

The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of sewing equipment is calculated by multiplying the in-cycle production plan achievement rate, first-pass yield, and time utilization rate, which enables enterprises to accurately assess equipment operating efficiency and conduct timely improvements. By leveraging the OEE model, enterprises can easily identify bottlenecks restricting production efficiency, reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs, implement and track improvement measures, strengthen equipment management to extend service life, and ultimately improve overall production efficiency. OEE can assist all manufacturing enterprises in analyzing production equipment, optimizing production conditions, enhancing product quality, and maximizing equipment utilization efficiency. Algorithm Rule Introduction: 1. Data Collection: Data is collected from within the enterprise. The collected sewing equipment data is processed through denoising, cleaning, and preprocessing. 2. Data Processing: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) = Plan Achievement Rate × First-pass Yield × Time Utilization Rate, where: Plan Achievement Rate = Actual Production Quantity / Planned Production Quantity, First-pass Yield = Qualified Production Quantity / Actual Production Quantity, Time Utilization Rate = Operating Time / Load Time. Operating Time refers to the actual time the equipment dedicates to production within a specified period (shift, i.e., day shift/night shift). Load Time is the actual operating time of the equipment within a specific work cycle, which is a fixed value of 480 minutes here. 3. Data Application: A higher OEE value indicates better equipment efficiency. An OEE score above 85% is generally regarded as excellent, meaning the equipment operates at extremely high efficiency during production. An OEE score between 60% and 85% reflects good equipment performance, and further efficiency improvements can be achieved through measures such as optimizing equipment maintenance, refining production processes, and enhancing operator skills. An OEE score below 60% indicates poor equipment efficiency, requiring significant improvements and optimizations.
