Taking the Integrated Smart Construction Site Platform as its carrier, this data resource achieves the digital transformation of team construction management throughout the entire process of metro construction via standardized, systematic and intelligent management methods. This data asset has built a complete data system covering full-life-cycle management of construction team establishment, member management, process assessment, acceptance and evaluation, and other links. Through the closed-loop management process of "standard formulation → organization and implementation → data recording → assessment and evaluation → optimization and improvement", a multi-dimensional dataset including team basic information, member composition, work tasks, assessment records, on-site mini-regulation system and other contents is formed, which ensures the precision and effectiveness of team construction management. Since the system launched its research in March 2022 and the guiding opinions were released in June, it has managed over 1,000 construction teams in total, recorded more than 30,000 person-times of team member information, and generated more than 5,000 mini-regulation entries. Its data scale ranks among the leading positions in the field of construction team management within China's rail transit industry.
