Meanwhile, various prefecture-level cities can directly conduct data reporting and review in the "Marine Disaster Census Data Reporting, Update and Management System", and prefecture-level cities across the province carry out census and data collection once every 5 years or so. This system displays the basic survey information of coastal tourist zones to help marine administrative authorities better manage marine safety issues. [Note: 9999 and 9998 are business-defined undefined concepts, which are different from 0 and null values. "Undefined" means that there is no confirmed or defined value yet.
