资源简介:

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of Anoectochilus roxburghii (0, 0.15% and 0.30%) in diets on liver fat metabolism in Lingshan broilers. The results showed that abdominal fat rate, liver weight and liver triglyceride (TG) levels were all reduced (p < 0.05). In the 0.15% ArE group, the smallest area of abdominal adipocytes was observed. The addition of ArE also significantly changed the expression levels of key genes related to fat metabolism in the liver of broilers (p < 0.05) Whether the supplement also changed the meat quality, increased triglyceride (TG) levels of chest muscles, and promoted the formation of oxidized muscle fiber. In addition, the sequencing results of 16 S rRNA gene showed that the addition of ArE could significantly change the abundance, diversity and composition of broiler intestinal flora, and the relative abundance of Oscillospira, Gemmiger and Blautia at the genus level was affected (p < 0.05). Correlation analysis further showed that there was a strong correlation between their relative abundance and the related parameters of fat and muscle metabolism. To sum up, these data show that a 0.15% dietary supplement could inhibit liver fat deposition by regulating intestinal flora of broilers.
