汉班托塔港地区精细化风暴潮风险评估数据集(2015-2018)

基于全球热带气旋路径数据、全球灾害事件及损失数据、全球潮位观测数据以及一带一路区域的DEM数据、海岸线分布数据、土地覆盖信息、人口及其他相关数据,以十米网格为评估单元,提取并计算每个单元里与风暴潮灾害危险性、暴露度和脆弱性相关的指标,如节点潮位历史强度、风暴历史到达频次、历史损失、人口密度、土地覆盖类型等指标。在此基础上,构建风暴潮灾害风险综合指数,利用加权方法综合上述各指标得到风暴潮风险指数。最后对风暴潮风险指数进行归一化处理,得到0-1之前的风险指数值,以此来评价各评估单元风暴潮风险的高低,并可用于进行风暴潮风险等级评估。数据集包括20年、50年和100年一遇对应的风险。
Based on global tropical cyclone track data, global disaster event and loss data, global tidal level observation data, as well as DEM data, coastline distribution data, land cover information, population data and other relevant data of the Belt and Road (B&R) region, 10-meter grids are taken as assessment units to extract and calculate indicators related to the hazard, exposure and vulnerability of storm surge disasters in each unit, such as historical intensity of nodal tidal levels, historical frequency of storm arrivals, historical losses, population density, land cover types and other indicators. On this basis, a comprehensive storm surge disaster risk index is constructed, and the storm surge risk index is obtained by integrating the above indicators using a weighted method. Finally, the storm surge risk index is normalized to a value between 0 and 1, so as to evaluate the storm surge risk level of each assessment unit, which can be used for storm surge risk grade assessment. The dataset covers the risks corresponding to 20-year, 50-year and 100-year return periods.
