To study the special responses of mir1432 transgenic rice to drought stress, 10-day-old seedlings of wild-type and STTM1432 transgenic lines treated with 150 mM D- mannitol for 48 hours were collected for RNA isolation. The RNA was extracted from seedlings using RNeasy Plant Mini-Kit. The library construction was conducted using NEB Next Multiplex Library Prep Set for Illumina kit and then sequenced on the Illumina Hiseq 2000 Platform.
