The goals of this study are to compare the transcriptome profiling of marginal zone B cells from WT and CK2⍺-cKO mice. RNA was isolated from sorted ex-vivo MZB cells of Wild Type and CK2⍺-cKO mice. Total RAN samples were sent to GENEWIZ,LLC for RNA library preparatios, sequencing reactions, and initial bioinformatics analysis.
