The effect of danshensu on the hemorheological parameters in rats.

Rats were treated by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride and cold stress. The normal control rats received only saline. Next, blood was collected 30 min after drug administration. Hemorheologic parameters were analyzed by routine laboratory assays. Data are expressed as mean±SEM (each group, n = 10). #P<0.05, ##P<0.01 compared with normal control. *P<0.05 **P<0.01 compared with Adr control.
