Rearranged IGH VDJ sequences from a single subject. The subject's IGH immuno-genotype was inferred as part of doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/btq604The VDJs were amplified from genomic DNA template using BIOMED2 IGHV and a conserved IGHJ primer. Amplicons were then sequenced using the Roche 454 pyrosequencing platform. The dataset is provided in FASTA format.
