By collecting and analyzing transaction and demand-related data of PCB board testing equipment from customers in the Ningbo region, this study aims to understand the purchasing power and consumption preferences of customers for PCB board testing equipment, determine whether the product is marketable, and thereby formulate production strategies for all enterprises in this industry to better provide personalized products and services to users. 1. Data Collection: Collect transaction data related to the demand volume of PCB board testing equipment from regular customers. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge, and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand volume analysis on the processed data with the following formula: P={a1(minimum single-order quantity)/b1(minimum single-order consumption amount) + a2(maximum single-order quantity)/b2(maximum single-order consumption amount) + a3(average single-order quantity)/b3(average single-order consumption amount)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Ningbo is 0.85. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into different categories and levels of "high", "medium" and "low" based on the calculated demand level: customers with a score above 2 are marked as "high-grade", those with a score in the range of 1.5 to 2 are marked as "medium-grade", and those with a score below 1.5 are marked as "low-grade"
