Isolation of antagonistic bacteria towards Legionella spp.

In this study, ten antagonistic bacteria against diverse Legionella spp. have been isolated and characterized. Their genome has been sequenced and analysed for the detection of biosynthetic gene clusters that could explain the inhibition of the different Legionella species, which resulted variable.
