本数据集以空气和CO2混合气作为原料气源,通过实验结合模拟计算的方法测算新溶剂吸收-解吸系统能耗与成本。系统吸收-解吸能耗的测算步骤如下:①实验测试新溶剂-CO2相平衡;②利用实验室连续吸收-解吸系统连续运行;③建模进行模拟计算,比较实验测试结果与模拟计算结果,修正模拟计算模型,最终通过流程模拟计算得到系统捕集能耗。
This dataset uses a mixture of air and CO₂ as the feed gas, and calculates the energy consumption and cost of the new solvent absorption-desorption system via a combination of experimental tests and simulation computations. The calculation steps for the energy consumption of the absorption-desorption system are as follows: ① Experimentally test the phase equilibrium between the new solvent and CO₂; ② Perform continuous operation using the laboratory-scale continuous absorption-desorption system; ③ Establish models for simulation calculations, compare the experimental test results with the simulation outcomes, revise the simulation model, and ultimately obtain the system's CO₂ capture energy consumption through process simulation calculations.
