Crassostrea virginica Raw sequence reads

A study examining both DNA methylation and gene expression responses in the mantle tissue of adult C. virginica exposed to experimental ocean acidification (OA). The aim of this project was to identify whether OA drives changes at these molecular levels, whether those changes correlate with physiological responses, and determine if both molecular and physiological changes persist over both short and long term exposure to OA.
