在开展机床精度自愈技术研究过程中,使用Renishaw XM60激光干涉仪,按照ISO-230标准中的操作规范,测量了华中数控HNC8、Siemens、Fanuc、Mazak四种数控系统各1台加工中心的几何误差数据,数据项包括机床X、Y、Z三轴的1项定位误差、2项直线度误差、3项角度误差,以及任意两轴之间的角度误差,共计21项几何误差数据。数据量175KB。
During the research on machine tool accuracy self-healing technology, geometric error data was measured for one machining center equipped with each of the four CNC systems: Huazhong CNC HNC8, Siemens, Fanuc, and Mazak, using a Renishaw XM60 laser interferometer in accordance with the operational specifications stipulated in the ISO-230 standard. The measured data items include 1 positional error, 2 straightness errors, and 3 angular errors for each of the X, Y, and Z axes of the machine tool, as well as angular errors between any two axes, totaling 21 sets of geometric error data. The total data size is 175 KB.
