This study constructs and empirically validates a formative assessment system tailored to the SPOC-based online–offline blended teaching model, using the Data Journalism Visualization course as a case study. Grounded in formative assessment theory, flipped learning, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the research develops a multidimensional framework that integrates process and outcome evaluations.
