Data for: "Sequential topology optimization: SIMP initialization for level-set boundary refinement"

This deposit accompanies the paper "Sequential Topology Optimization: SIMP Initialization for Level-Set Boundary Refinement" by O. Ježek, J. Kopačka, M. Isoz, and D. Gabriel (2026). It is a fixed snapshot of the code and data used in the paper, provided for reproducibility; active development continues on GitHub at https://github.com/jezekon/2026-Jezek-SeqTopOpt. The deposit bundles the four pipeline stages (SIMP topology optimization, signed-distance-function geometry transfer, level-set boundary refinement, strain-energy validation) as separate ZIP archives, together with helper scripts and a complete set of reference outputs for the 3D cantilever and MBB benchmarks.
