This folder contains the Rcode used to estimate the single-species occupancy models (using both Stochastic Search Variable Selection and Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator) and the Rcode used to estimate the multi-family abundance model (with both SSVS and LASSO). The code used to calculate the percentage of the posterior distribution greater than 0 is included as well.
