RF-SCNL-Dataset: Wi-Fi RF Fingerprinting IQ Dataset for Device Identification in Simultaneous Multi-Transmitter Environments

This dataset provides Wi-Fi packet IQ samples for radio frequency (RF) fingerprinting and wireless device identification. The signals were collected using GNU Radio and a USRP receiver on Wi-Fi Channel 48 (5240 MHz) at a sampling rate of 20 MHz. Data were captured in a realistic indoor environment where multiple devices were connected to the same access point and transmitted simultaneously. Along with the known target devices, additional nearby devices were also active on the same channel, introducing practical effects such as interference, contention, collisions, and signal overlap. The dataset is intended for research on RF fingerprinting, device classification, open-set recognition, and physical-layer wireless security.
