该数据集可应用于无线超声探头的生产检测、研发优化及质量控制环节。通过对阵元原始信号与滤波放大信号进行横向比对,可发现阵元间在回波信号强度、稳定性及一致性方面的差异,并据此调整滤波策略、放大系数和算法模型,从而提高探头在医学影像、工业无损检测等领域的成像清晰度与细节还原度。
This dataset can be applied to production testing, R&D optimization and quality control processes of wireless ultrasonic probes. By performing lateral comparisons between the raw signals and filtered-amplified signals of the array elements, differences in echo signal intensity, stability and consistency among the array elements can be detected. Based on these differences, filtering strategies, amplification coefficients and algorithm models can be adjusted, thereby improving the imaging clarity and detail restoration fidelity of the probes in fields such as medical imaging and industrial non-destructive testing.
