本数据集收集了2023年1月至12月在广东省深圳市高机能材料增材制造重点实验室开展的一体式SiC微流道热交换器增材设计与优化研究数据。数据基于CAD基本单元、数学隐式曲面及算法设计策略,通过参数化方法和有限元仿真模拟,建立了换热特征的多元化设计模型。采用专业软件处理数据,形成了包含设计模型、仿真结果数据集,并归档1篇论文和1份科技报告。数据阐明了结构特征对换热性能的影响机理,初步构建了增材设计与性能的映射关系,为优化SiC热交换器提供了理论依据和技术支持。

This dataset compiles research data regarding the additive design and optimization of integrated SiC microchannel heat exchangers, which was carried out from January to December 2023 at the Key Laboratory of Additive Manufacturing of High-Performance Materials, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Based on CAD basic units, mathematical implicit surfaces and algorithmic design strategies, diversified design models of heat transfer characteristics were established via parametric methods and finite element simulation. The data was processed with professional software to generate a dataset containing design models and simulation results, alongside one archived academic paper and one technical report. This work clarifies the mechanism by which structural characteristics affect heat transfer performance, preliminarily establishes the mapping relationship between additive design and performance, and provides theoretical foundations and technical support for the optimization of SiC heat exchangers.
