基于特定区域工业用户日度用电采集数据，发挥用电数据及时、准确、客观的优势，形成贯通省市县、覆盖全行业的工业用电态势分析数据集，用来开展工业用电态势分析和特征研究，通过工业运行增长、工业运行活跃、工业运行预期等各类指标，及时有效评估不同地区和不同行业的工业经济发展态势，服务工业发展态势研判、工业运行调度以及经济政策制定工作，服务工业电力电量分析预测和电力规划。Based on the daily power consumption collection data of industrial users in specific regions, and leveraging the timely, accurate and objective merits of power consumption data, this industrial power consumption trend analysis dataset covers provincial, municipal and county levels as well as all industries. It is designed to carry out industrial power consumption trend analysis and characteristic research, timely and effectively evaluate the industrial economic development trends of different regions and industries via indicators including industrial operation growth, industrial operation activity and industrial operation expectation, so as to support the work of industrial development trend judgment, industrial operation scheduling, economic policy formulation, as well as industrial power load analysis, forecasting and power planning.
