Road network graph for the Oslo metropolitan area

Road network for the Oslo metropolitan area, based on the Norwegian Road DataBase (NVDB). The file is written in MATSim's road network xml format. Link attributes include length, capacity, free speed, allowed transport mode, number of lanes and direction. Furthermore, the basic statistical unit, street name and link reference in NVDB are stored. A short description of the network is given in Flügel (2023).
