Microstructure-informed brain tissue classification using clustering of quantitative MRI measures

Data supporting the paper "Microstructure-informed brain tissue classification using clustering of quantitative MRI measures". Supporting code is available at https://github.com/sharadab/caqe. atlas.zip contains the atlas of tissue classification (recoloured_6cluster.nii.gz) and the population-averaged 3DT1 template (template_3dt1.nii.gz) based on 25 healthy controls. model_6clusters.skops is a classifier that can be used on other datasets of myelin water fraction (MWF), µFA and C_MD that have been processed and registered together.
