<i>Caenorhabditis briggsae</i> Mitochondrial Genome Assemblies from CaeNDR Whole-Genome Sequencing Data

This dataset contains 1665 mitochondrial genome assemblies for <i>Caenorhabditis briggsae</i>, generated from whole-genome sequencing data provided by the CaeNDR. The dataset include:<b>Genome sequences</b> (FASTA format)<b>Assembly graph</b> (GFA format)<b>Annotation</b> (GFF3 format)<b>CDS</b> (FFN format)<b>Protein sequences</b> (FAA format)SPAdes was the main assembly software used. Some strains had unreasonable gene annotation results, indicating possible assembly errors. Other assembly software was used to solve the problems. Among them, unicycler was used for 12 strains and NOVOPlasty was used for 37 strains.
