The aim of the study was to identify key transcriptional regulators that might be responsible for the increased resistance to chemotherapy of blastemal Wilms tumors. Overall design: Comparison of gene expression profiles in Wilms tumors of blastemal subtype (n=17) and non-blastemal tumors (n=16).
